About Me

I started practising pilates in 2002, both mat and studio classes, and almost immediately felt inspired to learn to teach the pilates technique. With four years of experience teaching matwork, I then went on to complete my training with the Pilates Foundation UK, gaining my diploma in 2010, and later a CYQ Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates.

I have a strong interest in posture and ergonomics. Having spent many years in a desk based job, I know first hand the benefits pilates has on the effects of a sedentary lifestyle. My aim is to bring each client greater postural awareness, more strength and flexibility and a feeling of having reached their full potential.
